Trey's School Party

Trey's actual birthday fell on a school day so Jimmy and I took the afternoon off to throw a party for the kids in Trey's class in order to celebrate the big day. Upon turning 2 Trey moved up to the next level at school so this was also a sad farewell to his teachers and friends in the "baby" class.

Come and Play, It's Trey's 2nd Birthday!!

This year we decided to have Trey's birthday party at Ballast Point park and given how much he loves Elmo, the theme was a no brainer. It is so hard to believe that our baby is two years old but it was so wonderful to be able to celebrate the occasion with family and great friends!

My new obsession is the website etsy.com where individuals can sell their handmade goods - this was part of a party pack that I found which was perfect for the day!

Since Trey loves coloring we had to have plenty of crayons available for the kids

Memorial Day in South Carolina

We took advantage of the long weekend and made the drive up to South Carolina to visit Rory, Kim and Dylan in their new home in Florence, SC. We had such a good time and were so sad that the trip had to end. There is nothing better than watching Trey and Dylan play together.
Riding on Dylan's motorcycle - with both boys on there it barely went anywhere but they still loved it.

Blowing bubbles

Sitting on their Japanese chairs drinking Capri Suns - the amazing thing is that in Japan these chairs are meant for adults.

Check out that grin!!

Look at those expressions

Dylan is wondering what Trey is doing with that drill?

Hugs before heading out to church

After church it was time for a little outside time in the water

Too cute!!

Trey's first try with a big slice of watermelon and he loved it!

A Luau to Celebrate our Little Monkey

To celebrate Wes' impending arrival we thought it only fitting to have a luau. So with the help of Megan O and the Tampa girls, everyone was invited to share in our excitement over expecting our little monkey.

The invite and advice cards

The favor boxes for the kids

A luau would not be complete without Jimmy's famous rum punch

Trey did not know what to think with everyone playing with his toys - he just kind of sat back and took it all in. The hands behind the back was adorable!!
