As if we did not travel enough in 2007, we decided we needed some more R&R and so we traveled to North Carolina to spend a long weekend at our friend Missy and Herb's mountain house in Hendersonville (along with Eric and Allison). We spent the weekend hiking, eating and just hanging out and having a great time.
