Week Nineteen in the Life of Trey

This week was a big week for us. The biggest event was that we started cereal. At our four month appointment, the doctor told us that given Trey's size and the fact that he was showing interest in us eating big people food, that he was ready to start with rice cereal. I was not sure how it would go but as you will see from the pictures below, he loved it!! In addition to that, we went to the zoo, a birthday party and a pumpkin patch :o)

As you can see, the zoo really tuckered Trey out. It was a beautiful day and we had a great time as Trey loves anything that allows him to be outside.

Here we go, lets see if Trey likes it.

Well as you can see from the mess about half as much as went in also came out but amazingly Trey got the hang of it pretty quickly, knew what to do with the spoon and even opened his mouth for more.

I love cereal Mom!!

On Saturday we went to Miss Belle's 1st birthday party at Gymboree. She was adorable in her tutu and the kids had a great time. Here is Belle with her princess cake and Mom and Dad helping her blow out the candle.

Trey finally got to meet his "Uncle" Tony at the birthday party.

To celebrate Aunt Wendy's birthday we went to Shake Pit for dinner (oh how I LOVE Shake Pit). Afterwards Grandpa was working in the pumpkin patch so we went to visit him.

This pumpkin is pretty cool Mom, can I give it a kiss?
